Most of the day I work quietly and stay out of the way: the getting-ready room, the walk down the aisle, the toast that goes sideways. For portraits and family groups I step in with calm, specific direction so you get the images you'll want framed without the day stopping for them. I have a background in photojournalism, and it shows in what I look for: real reactions, clean composition, and the moments between the moments.

How much does a Seattle wedding photographer cost?
Helvetica Light is an easy-to-read font, with tall and narrow letters, that works well on almost every site.

How many hours of coverage do we need?
Eight to ten hours covers most Seattle weddings from getting ready through the major reception moments. Six hours works for a single-location day with a shorter reception. Elopements and courthouse weddings usually need two to four.

Can we add a second photographer?
Yes. It makes the most sense when both partners are getting ready in different places, when there are multiple locations, or when the guest count is large enough that reactions are happening in several places at once.

Do you offer wedding videography?
Yes, as photo + video from one team, so the timeline, style, and communication are all in one place. Films include real vows and speeches with clean audio. Drone footage is available when the venue and local regulations allow it.

What happens if it rains?
We plan for it. The timeline has flexible portrait windows, we identify a covered backup location near your venue in advance, and I bring lighting for dim indoor spaces. Some of my favorite Seattle portraits were made under a gray sky.

When will we get our photos and film?
Sneak peeks within 7 days. The full gallery in 6–8 weeks. Wedding films in 10–12 weeks. Everything arrives through a private online gallery you can download from, share, and print from.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. A retainer reserves your date, and the balance is split into scheduled, interest-free installments before the wedding. The plan is written into your proposal.

How far in advance should we book?
Ten to fourteen months for peak-season Saturdays (May–October). Shorter notice is sometimes possible for weekdays and off-season dates; send your date and I'll check it immediately. Your booking is confirmed with a signed contract, which also spells out backup equipment and your delivery timeline in writing.
